Goods will be sent via a courier agency to the address indicated by the customer as urgent or normal delivery. Urgent takes from 2 to 4 working days and normal takes 8 to 15 working days. Some countries not offer the tracking service in normal modality.
BadToro Webstore shall send the items ordered as per the data supplied on the order form and shall not be liable if it is not possible to deliver the items if the data supplied is inaccurate or incomplete.
Carriage costs shall be borne by the buyer.
The purchase order shall be available at badtorostore.es once payment has been confirmed via email and can be viewed on the “My order” link. Purchase orders include delivery costs and VAT (In case it is appropriate to apply it)
BadToro Webstore undertakes to dispatch orders one's a week, providing the items are available. Orders placed on non-working days shall be processed the next working day.
The dispatch of goods shall be managed by the courier company designated by BadToro Webstore. In the event the customer’s absence prevents delivery, the courier company shall leave a note stating the telephone number and address of its nearest franchise along with the hours during which a second attempt to deliver the items shall be made. The customer may telephone the courier company, or go in person, to arrange a time for the second delivery attempt.
If it is not possible to deliver the items at the second attempt, the courier company shall keep the package at the nearest franchise office for 10 days, after which it shall be returned to BadToro Webstore. BadToro Webstore shall reserve the right to claim from the customer the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse
It is advisable for the customer to ensure there is somebody present at the delivery address given. For this reason,BadToro Webstore recommends providing a work delivery address in order to avoid extra charges.
Important to note that taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the payment of your order. The destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
